Percentage-of-spend pricing creates a conflict of interest. If we charged 15% of your ad budget, we'd have a financial incentive to push you toward spending more, even when that's not in your interest. A flat fee means our incentive is simple: get your campaigns performing well enough that you want to keep working with us. We make the same amount whether you spend $500 or $5,000 in ads. That alignment matters.
The management fee covers everything except your actual ad spend, which goes directly to Google. Included: campaign architecture and build, keyword research, ad copy, tracking infrastructure setup (GTM, GA4, Google Ads conversion tags), weekly performance reports, monthly strategy calls, ongoing optimization, and account monitoring. You own every account and every asset we create.
No minimums on Core (month-to-month). We ask for 90 days of commitment from yourself mentally - campaigns take time to optimize, and 30-day results often don't reflect the trajectory. But there's no contract locking you in. Premium is scoped per engagement and discussed on the call. We've never had a client we needed to trap in a contract.
You can pause or cancel anytime with 30 days notice. You keep all accounts, campaigns, assets, and data - everything built under your ownership from day one. We'll do a proper handoff if you're moving to another agency or taking campaigns in-house. No ransom, no data lock-in, no "platform fees" to retrieve your own assets.
Our compliance framework is designed around PIPEDA (Canada) and we're most experienced with Canadian market conditions, CPCs, and practice marketing regulations. We do work with US-based practices, but we'll be upfront that our compliance depth is strongest on the Canadian side. CCPA requirements for California practices are on our radar.
